About Jamie

Jamie Hetzel is a Reiki Master Teacher, trained and certified in the Usui System of Natural Healing, a Flower Essence practitioner, herbal medicine-maker, and plant spirit intuitive. Her exploration into holistic health and alternative therapies began over a decade ago as she sought to address the imbalances in her own body and psyche. Through her personal wellness journey, she cultivated a firm belief in the power of these modalities to enable healing of both the physical and emotional bodies, as well as to transform the spirit.

In her holistic practice, One With the Winds, Jamie is dedicated to creating a safe and sacred space for clients to be restored back into energetic alignment and thus achieve greater peace and resiliency in their lives.

In addition to her Reiki and Flower Essence certifications, Jamie continuously expands her spiritual and healing knowledge, delving deeply into areas such as herbalism, earth-based practices, shamanic studies, and the healing power of sound and the voice.

Flower Essence COUNSELING

- 60 minutes - In-Person OR DISTANCE SESSIONS - $120

A healing journey towards inner harmony and self-discovery.

Flower Essence counseling offers an opportunity to release past pains, make aligned choices, and create a life in harmony with one's most authentic self. Unlike essential oils, Flower Essences capture the energetic imprint of flowers, trees, or other natural elements in water. When ingested in dropper form, these vibrational remedies are a gentle yet potent catalyst for change within your subtle energy bodies. In conjunction with a skilled practitioner, working with these essences can be a transformative process, shifting deep-seated emotions, trauma, negative patterns and limiting beliefs, guiding them from the subconscious to the conscious mind for reflection and release.

Each month includes a one-hour session with Jamie to discuss your unique needs and intentions, followed by the creation of a customized Flower Essence blend to support your growth.* As you transform, each month’s blend is adapted to meet you exactly where you are, while the sessions with Jamie provide counsel, guidance and loving support along every step of your healing journey—a journey of exploration, expansion, and full embodiment.

*While some may experience significant shifts in the first month, a slow and steady approach is often best. A minimum of three consecutive months is highly recommended.

Reiki ENERGY SESSIONS

Energetic alignment of the mind, body and spirit.

Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) can be defined as "Spiritually guided life energy,” representing the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Originating in Japan, Reiki is a gentle and non-invasive holistic healing modality where the practitioner serves as a channel, guiding this energy through their body and into that of the receiver, activating the innate healing mechanisms within. While spiritual in nature, Reiki is not affiliated with any religion and is accessible to everyone.

Having solely positive benefits, Reiki has demonstrated effectiveness in helping virtually every known illness and malady. It serves as a complement to other medical or therapeutic techniques, and is even practiced in many hospitals today, alleviating side effects, promoting recovery, and nurturing a sense of optimism.

During a Reiki session with Jamie, you will experience a profound sense of relaxation as she uses a light hands-on touch or hovers closely over specific energy points on your body. This approach encourages the free flow of energy, removing blockages, and restoring balance to your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

integrative SOUND & ENERGY sessions

- 60 or 90 minutes - In-Person Only - $90 (60 min.); $135 (90 min.)

Nurturing frequencies for deep release, restoration and expansion.

Jamie’s integrative approach combines ancient healing wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques designed to nurture your entire being. In each session, she intuitively combines Reiki-informed energetic work, Light Language* and the therapeutic resonance of Sound, using singing bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments, to create a space of deep relaxation and healing. Uniquely tailored to each individual’s needs, she may also incorporate additional modalities such as guided visualizations, breathwork, smudging and healing crystal energy.

These tools create frequencies and vibrations that resonate with the body's natural rhythms. By releasing stagnant energy and clearing emotional blockages, they promote an overall sense of harmony, restoration, and connection with higher realms of consciousness.

At the conclusion of the session there will be dedicated time for open dialogue and reflection. In support of your path, you may also be provided with additional guidance, suggested herbs or flower essences, meditations or affirmations for you to continue working with on your own.

*Light Language is a multi-dimensional and intuitive expression that may come through as symbols, hand movements or sound such as singing, toning, or different dialects. It is a channeled language of the soul that resonates with the deepest parts of your being.
